2. Call the station and request an entry form. (Phone numbers and contact names are included on this site.) The entry form MUST come from a participating radio station.

4.On the Entry Form is a "registration number" field. You get that number by registering online1. Your number is emailed to you once you've entered your information. You then take the completed Entry Form back to the radio station and they will contact you with the next step. When you register online, you can create your own Profile page. Your custom Profile page can include: |
